A "Traditional Massage" combines Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi and stretching techniques to create the most therapeutic, relaxing experience for you. The "Guided Visualization Meditation" is a completely FREE enhancement that can be added on to any service that you receive from me. The purpose of this guided visualization meditation is to help regulate your autonomic nervous system by shifting it from a state of stress to a state of rest, which will then allow your body to return to homeostasis, deeply relax, and function at its healthiest potential.
